Refund / Cancellation Policy 

1. General Policy

We value transparency and professionalism in all our services. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before engaging our accounting or consulting services.

2. Payment and Service Initiation

2.1 All services provided by Rugged Egotistical Brands LLC are subject to 100% prepayment.

2.2 Work on your request begins as soon as payment is received and your case is reviewed by our team.

3. Cancellation

3.1 You may cancel your order before we begin working on your request. In such cases, we will refund the amount paid, minus administrative and consultation fees, if any.

3.2 To request a cancellation, you must contact us via email at info@swiftreferralservices.com within 24 hours of payment.

3.3 Once we begin working on your request (including document review or consultation), cancellation is no longer possible, and the service is considered started.

4. Refunds

4.1 We do not offer refunds for completed services, including partial completion of the work.

4.2 No refunds will be issued if:

  • you fail to provide necessary information or documents within 30 calendar days after payment,
  • you change your mind after we’ve already started the service,
  • the delay or failure of service delivery is due to your inaction, lack of communication, or submission of incorrect/incomplete data.

4.3 If a refund is approved in rare cases, it will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days, minus processing or administrative fees.

5. Disputes

If you believe a refund is justified under extraordinary circumstances, please contact us in writing at info@swiftreferralservices.com. Each case will be reviewed individually.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be posted on this page.
